On the rehearsal day, I provide one hour of on-site coordination to organize the ceremony lineup and distribute the wedding timeline. On the wedding day, I oversee all vendor setup, manage the timeline, assist with décor and floral distribution, coordinate key moments with photographers and musicians, and handle any unexpected challenges. I also ensure final payments and gratuities are distributed and assist with packing up personal and rented items. My role is to handle all the details so you can focus on enjoying your special day. Please note that my services do not include kitchen cleanup, bussing tables, bathroom maintenance, rental returns, or heavy lifting.
